A coffee experience in a beautiful valley environment
Hjort-Olar's cafe is a small, homely, family-run cafe that offers coffee in a genuine valley environment. We are available atHembygdsgården in Dala-Floda, where we rent Hjort-Olars from Floda home village association. To get to us, you turn off at Floda church and cross the Västerdalälven on the Kyrkälv bridge, which is Sweden's longest wooden suspension bridge for car traffic. You can have coffee indoors, in our garden or in our barn. You can also buy treats to take home.We are open Saturday-Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm, all year round.Welcome!

With us you will find a lot of goodies
We have a varied selection of home-baked bread that changes a little every weekend. Some favorites that often appear include cinnamon and cardamom buns with vanilla cream, brownies, mousse cakes, cake pops, cheesecake cookies and cupcakes. We also make good sandwiches from spelled and carrot bread. Feel free to stop by and taste them for yourself!
On the last Friday of every month, we offer Afternoon Tea. Keep an eye on Instagram/Facebook for times and booking.

We havecoffee cateringfor parties, funerals and companies and also takes cake orders as time permits. Sometimes we unfortunately have to say no, as we are a small companies, and do not always have the full force in place.
